NEPES, GLOBAL TOP-TIER PARTNER

Nepes EM Division has been selected as a new certified company under the “2025 Community Contribution Recognition Program,” organized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea National Council on Social Welfare, and officially received the certification plaque on November 25.

The “Community Contribution Recognition Program” certifies companies that have continuously contributed to local communities through partnerships with nonprofit organizations. Nepes EM Division was recommended by the Eumseong County Welfare Center for the Disabled and successfully completed the review process to be listed as a newly recognized company this year.

Nepes EM Division earned high marks for its ongoing community-focused social contribution activities led by its in-house volunteer group “Nanumi,” including growth mentoring for children from families with disabilities, support for vulnerable groups’ living and emotional needs, and seasonal goods and daily necessities sharing. In particular, its long-term cooperation structure with local welfare institutions and the establishment of a volunteer culture based on employee participation were positively evaluated during the review.

Through this certification, Nepes EM Division has secured official recognition as a socially responsible company by the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Korea National Council on Social Welfare, strengthening external credibility and providing objective grounds for ESG evaluations. The company can also use the official “Community Contribution Certified Company” emblem, enabling active communication of its CSR activities internally and externally. Additionally, the certification is expected to improve accessibility to collaborative projects with local welfare institutions and municipalities, as well as encourage employee volunteer participation and enhance organizational culture.

A representative from Nepes EM Division stated, “It is highly meaningful that our consistent social contribution efforts, driven by a sense of responsibility to grow together with the community, have been officially recognized. We will continue to faithfully carry out sustainable social contribution activities for children from families with disabilities and vulnerable groups in the region.”
