Nepes, supports dust masks to nepes hayyim, and does good deeds within a group
On March 3rd, Jiangsu nepes provided 6,000 dust masks for free to nepes hayyim, a Philippine production Corporation.Recently, COVID-19 has unstable the supply and demand of dust masks at the Philippine plant. In response to this issue Jiangsu nepes decided to provide 6,000 masks after an urgent discussion with nepes hayyim. Kim Nam-chul, President of the semiconductor BU, thanked Jiangsu nepes and said, "Thank you for giving your full support and prompt response at a time where each country is facing hardships with unstable mask supplies." Meanwhile, last February, Nepes passed on the 10,000 masks to Huai'an City, Jiangsu Province, China through Jiangsu nepes. And Jiangsu nepes did a good deed for nepes hayyim again.

Nepes, which celebrated its 29th anniversary, is a donation event for sharing management
On the 24th, Nepes celebrated its 29th anniversary and conducted volunteer activities. This activity was prepared to help disabled people create jobs and become socially independent by reflecting on its founding purpose.On this day, Nepes conducted a participation event such as product donation, DIY furniture, and a flea market for all executives and staff, and the items prepared through the event were delivered to the Goodwill Store where people with developmental disabilities work. Nepes stated, "We held this event to remind the spirit of our establishment on our October 24th anniversary and contribute to solving difficulties of marginalized neighborhoods."Meanwhile, Nepes has been actively participating in social contribution activities since 2009 by operating a sharing fund called "n-sharing seed" in addition, Nepes runs an CSR event to provide an opportunityfor staff to participate in substantial sharing actively. And implements mutual benefit to the local communities through various social activities such as scholarships, blood donations, and special donations.

Nepes delivered solar lantern to the energy-poverty countries.
Organized by the Milal Welfare Foundation, this volunteer project was designed to provide the right to learning and living during the night and a safe environment for African Malawi and Vietnamese children suffering from energy poverty due to lack of electricity supply. Especially, this volunteer project was especially meaningful with international students from the Global Cooperation School of Chung-buk National University International Exchange Headquarters who visited Korea. Nepes staff and international students concentrated on making solar lanterns for an hour consulting the manual, and they finished the lanterns by hand-painted decorations and handwritten letters. One staff who participated in the volunteer said, “I have never imagined a life without lights, but I felt sorry that there are still many countries exposed to the danger of darkness because they still can't use electric energy. I was grateful and joyful to take an opportunity to share through this voluntary work, even though it was a small effort.”

Nepes is awarded with the Korean Red Cross's Honor Grand Prize
On November 13th, Nepes was awarded Honorary Grand Prize of Red Cross Member Order’ by Korean Red Cross at its 113th-anniversary event of Korean Red Cross. Korean Red Cross's Honor Grand Prize is awarded to member companies, which have donated more than 100 million won cumulatively, and Nepes is the only awarded company among the members of ChungCheongbukdo regional branch. Nepes has been donating 500,000 won per month for the vulnerable groups in the region for 6 years since 2013, and has been steadily sharing through non-regular special membership donation. On the other hand, the event was awarded government awards, the Korean Red Cross's Medal of Honor and recognition to 900 people who practiced volunteer spirit. More than 350 people attended the ceremony including Kim Kyoung-Bae, president of the Korean Red Cross Chung-Cheongbukdo branch, Lee Si-Jong, governor of ChungCheongbukdo, Chang Seon-Bae, chairman of Chung-Cheongbukdo provincial council, and Han Beom-Deok, mayor of Chung Ju city.

Nepes, opens a flea market and donates all proceeds from sales
On April 20th, Nepes celebrated the day of the disabled and opened a flea market to prepare medical expenses for children with disabilities whose treatment is urgent. Nepes donated staff items in advance for this event and sold them with homemade cookies made by people with disabilities living at the Goodwill Store on the day of the event. In particular, this event was even more meaningful, with executives and staff directly participating as flea market sellers. The staff member who participated as a flea market seller said, "I don't need it, but I hope it will be useful to share with other staff members, so I decided to participate and I am more pleased that the proceeds from today's sale will be used for good activities.” On this day, the proceeds from the flea market and donations from staff are delivered to the Goodwill Store Milal Jeonju. In the future, Nepes will spread the sharing culture through various CSR activities.

Nepes donates 200 million won to Chungbuk National University scholarship fund
Nepes donated 200 million won to Chungbuk National University on the 4th to fund scholarships and library facilities.The donation ceremony was attended by university officials such as Yoon Yeo-pyo, Vice President of the Development Fund Foundation Lee Jang-hee, Vice President of Foreign Cooperation Research Lee Ki-wan, and Han Chan-hoon, the Library Director, and Kim Nam-cheol, Vice President of Nepes, and Kim Yoon-woo, Managing Director of Nepes.100 million won out of the 200 million won donated will be used as a scholarship fund for Chungbuk University students, and 100 million won will be used for the library facility expansion fund.
