nepes operates a division for sharing operation and has the "n Seed for Sharing," a voluntary participatory program. When workers decide to share some amount of money from their account, the company donates the same amount of money. This enables the company and the workers to share attention and love to the neighbors in need.

The sharing culture of the company starts with its members. nepes members are actively participating in volunteering and donation by organizing a volunteering club to practice the company’s management philosophy of serving others.

ISU (I Serve You) Club
ISU is an acronym for "I'll Serve You", which also means "I will serve the community", the original greeting of nepes. Fundraising by themselves, the members are supporting organizations located in Ochang by taking care of children who have physical disabilities and children from low-income families.

Sharers Club
Sharers Club is a volunteering club under the motto of sharing the difficulties of neighbors. Sharers Club regularly supports a social welfare center with materials for the disabled and for the enhancement of the local welfare, and contributes to the job creation business for the economic independence of the disabled.
